The Land of Lusitanos

In 2010, Nancy traveled to Brazil with the Barbiers to further her education and ride some of the wonderful horses of the Lusitano breeders with whom the Barbiers are connected. The experience gave her a new appreciation for the nearly 40 years of knowledge and expertise the Barbiers possess in evaluating Lusitanos and bringing out the best in them through correct French Classical training.

In a happy sequence of totally unplanned events,Nancy found Ataualpa Interagro, a lovely young stallion who arrived in New Jersey in time for her birthday, and during a clinic with Dominique Barbier, proving that some events in life cannot be planned; they are simply meant to be!
